Blueprint is a brand new scheme offering people on incapacity benefit in North Yorkshire the opportunity to access free specialist training for a variety of exciting jobs.

The programme will gently guide, train and mentor people in a safe, supportive environment, so that they can reach their true potential.

The scheme hopes to realise ambitions and give people the confidence and courage to flourish in the work place.

Blueprint supports people who are receiving (or eligible to receive) incapacity benefit and who are thinking about returning to work.

Carers are also eligible to benefit from the opportunities Blueprint offers.
