• Experienced at identifying barriers to employment and devising strategies to overcome them
• Excellent understanding of Employment Service and New Deal requirements
• Has experience of supporting and training individuals with particular needs including ex-offenders, people with disabilities and the disadvantaged

• Counseling, guidance and advice, employability skills, jobsearch techniques
• Designing and delivering training for a wide client group
• Networking with partner and support agencies
• Supporting clients with particular disadvantages to help engage them in the labour market
• Advising and guiding unemployed people on re-entering the labour market and/or training
