• Experienced at identifying barriers to employment and devising strategies to overcome them
• Has experience of working with people with special needs, especially people with mental health problems, disabilities and the disadvantaged

Expertise in:

• Counseling, guidance and advice, employability skills
• Networking with partner and support agencies
• Supporting clients with particular disadvantages to help them engage in the labour market
• Advising and guiding unemployed people on re-entering the labour market and/or training
• Self employment skills, business planning, marketing and operating a small business
• Researching and identifying learning resources and appropriate training
