New Deal Mentoring Services

The ideal mentoring relationship is based on mutual trust and commitment where each person is responsible and honest but above all realistic about what can be achieved.

Beaumont Street Studios provides a comprehensive mentoring service that supports a range of needs from young people in schools who want to work in the music industry (Ready2Burn) to unemployed people in their search for work (New Deal Mentoring Service and New Deal for Creative Industries).

A mentor can be many things - a positive role model, an objective friend, an experienced guide. It's usually somebody outside your immediate circle of family/friends who can:

  • Offer support
  • Listen to you
  • Help you organise your ideas and thoughts
  • Encourage you to focus on your job aspirations and ambitions

Beaumont Street Studios can connect you with a personal mentor to talk to one-to-one and face-to-face. Our mentors give their time, experience and knowledge to help clients focus on what they can do - rather than what they can't.
