• Is an experienced management trainer and has worked with NVQ's relevant to the motor industry and management
• Has practical experience of recruiting and selecting people for a variety of occupational roles
• Currently manages a drug prescribing and prevention clinic.

• Managing training programmes for school children, young people and adults
• Supporting young people with special needs
• Advising and guiding young people interested in a variety of career routes within the motor industry
• Advising and guiding employers interested in employing people within the motor industry
